Recently renovated into a welcoming rental, the NY Central Rail line Caboose has lots of personality, tons of character, and sleeping room for four. Trail’s Edge Cabin

The Trails Edge Cabin is a gorgeous unit that is situated in a pristine part of the park near the Pine Creek Rail Trail. Featuring a fully-stocked kitchen and bathroom, a queen size bed and a bunk in the bedroom, plus a single bunk bed in the hall, the Trail’s Edge is ideal for families looking to feel at home in the PA Wilds. Please bring your own linens/towels.

Pettecote Cabin

Settled cozily along the Pine Creek Rail Trail, the Pettecote Cabin is the perfect destination for families looking to reconnect and unwind this season. Enjoy the fully-stocked kitchen, full bathroom, and two identical bedrooms with a bunk bed in each (full bed on the bottom, single on the top). Please bring your own linens/towels.

HOLIDAYS: Please note that holiday weekend reservations receive a non-refundable $7.00 surcharge per night at the time of booking.

RENTAL UNITS: There is a 2-night minimum on reservations for all rental units (cabins and glamping). Please be aware that pets are not permitted in, at, or around our cabins . Thank you for your cooperation! Children under 12 are not allowed in Glamping Tents; all ages welcome in Glamping Pods.

CAMPSITE RENTALS: There is a 2-night minimum for all weekend reservations on all sites. All reservations for sites and cabins include two adults and two children 17 and under. Children 4 and under are free. RV size limit of 40' on all sites. There is a 2-tent limit and an 8-person limit per site, including visitors. Please plan accordingly or be prepared to use public parking due to space confines. This applies to ALL sites.

CANCELLATIONS: You will be issued a refund if your cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to your arrival date. We do not issue refunds inside 13 days. (Please note that Holiday weekends are non-refundable and non-transferable.)

BOOKING AGE: You must be at least 21 years of age to book a cabin or Glamping site unless prior approval. You must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a campsite.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT : For all campsites, check-in is any time after 2:00 PM and check-out is any time before 1:00 PM. Cabins and Glamping sites, check-in is any time after 2:00 PM and check-out is any time before 11:00 AM.
